Join our empowering women-only self-defense workshops every Sunday, 3pm-4pm, from May 12 to June 16! Learn in a safe and supportive space.
Event Description
Are you ready to harness your inner strength and reclaim your confidence? Join us for a 6-week workshop designed exclusively for women. Dive into the world of self-defense for an immersive journey, where safety meets confidence in a supportive environment of like-minded women. This fully immersive workshop offers a unique opportunity to learn essential self-defense techniques and boost inner confidence.
The Women’s Self-Defense Workshop spans from May 12th – June 16th, with focused sessions held every Sunday from 3-4 pm. Participants will learn the fundamentals of self-defense under the expert guidance of our experienced instructors. From practical defense moves to confidence-building exercises, each focused session is crafted to provide you with the tools and mindset needed to face challenging situations with ability and confidence.
# Weekly Event Timeline
Introduction
Welcome and overview of the session. Introduction of instructors and participants. Brief explanation of the workshop objectives and what participants can expect to learn.
Warm-Up
Gentle warm-up exercises to prepare the body for physical activity. Stretching and mobility drills to improve flexibility and prevent injury.
Technique Instruction
Demonstration and instruction of self-defense techniques tailored for women. Breakdown of each technique, including proper form, execution, and application. Practice drills to reinforce learning and build muscle memory.
Partner Exercises
Pairing up with a partner to practice the techniques learned. Rotating partners to gain exposure to different body types and practice scenarios.
Cool Down and Q&A
Gentle cooldown exercises to bring the heart rate down and promote relaxation. Opportunity for participants to ask questions, seek clarification, or provide feedback on the session. Closing remarks and encouragement for continued practice and growth.

What should I wear or bring to the workshop?
Wear comfortable clothing suitable for physical activity, such as athletic wear or workout attire. It’s also recommended to bring a water bottle and a small towel. No special equipment or uniforms are required.
Can I attend individual sessions, or do I need to commit to the full workshop?
While we recommend attending all sessions to maximize your learning experience, we understand that scheduling conflicts may arise. You have the flexibility to choose the ticket option that best suits your availability.
