Yes, we do have lockers available for our members. Please remember to bring your own lock to secure your locker. Locker space is limited.
Do you supply training equipment?
Gi and Muay Thai gear must be purchased separately. We offer a limited selection of Muay Thai safety equipment for classes.

Yes, you can enjoy a complimentary trial class in any of our offered programs. Get in touch with us to schedule your first class at your convenience. We are always ready to answer your questions and our staff and coaches love to share their knowledge with all students.
Do you offer classes for beginners?
Yes, we cater to students of all levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners. Whether you’re just starting your journey in martial arts or have extensive experience, our classes are designed to accommodate and challenge individuals at every stage of their training.
What should I bring to my first class?
We recommend wearing comfortable athletic clothing and bringing a bottle of water to stay hydrated for your first class.
What should I expect during my first class?
Please make sure to inform the instructor that it’s your first class at our training facility. Our dedicated instructors will then assess your skill level and provide guidance throughout the session. We take pride in creating a welcoming and inclusive environment for all participants.
